Official Rules: "Your Website Looks Fine. But Can Google and AI Read It?" Live Training Giveaway
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
1. Sponsor
mmShifts LLC, 11189 Acaso Way, San Diego, California 92126 ("Sponsor").
2. Eligibility
The giveaway is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 or older and who:
registered for the free live training "Your Website Looks Fine. But Can Google and AI Read It?" (the "Training"), and
are an owner or in-house operator of a business that has a website.
Not eligible: employees and contractors of Sponsor and their immediate family members and household members, and anyone who sells website, marketing, SEO, or online visibility services to other businesses. Sponsor admits attendees to the Training from the Zoom waiting room and may decline to admit, or remove, anyone who does not meet these requirements.
3. Giveaway period
The giveaway begins when the Training starts on Monday, November 16th, 2026, at 10:00 AM Pacific Time, and ends when the Training ends that same day (the "Giveaway Period").
4. How to enter
Attend the Training live on Zoom and stay connected until the end of the Training. Every eligible attendee who is still connected when the drawing begins at the end of the Training receives 1 entry. Sponsor will use the Zoom attendee list at the time of the drawing to confirm entries.
Registration for the Training is free. Limit: 1 entry per person and 1 prize per business. Watching the replay does not create an entry.

Total approximate retail value of all prizes: $1,144.
Prize conditions:
A Findability Checklist with action plan covers 1 business website owned or operated by the winner and must be claimed within 90 days of the Training.
Prizes are not transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a prize becomes unavailable.
The Manual and its materials are licensed for use inside the winner's business only.
6. How winners are chosen
At the end of the Training, Sponsor will select the winners in a random drawing from all eligible entries, live on the Training, using a random selection tool. The first entry drawn wins the Findability Checklist with action plan. The next 2 entries drawn win the Owner's Manuals. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries.
7. Winner notification
Winners will be announced by first name during the Training and contacted by email within 2 business days. The Training is recorded, so the drawing and the winners' first names may appear in the replay. A winner must reply within 7 days to claim the prize. If a winner does not reply, is found ineligible, or cannot accept the prize, Sponsor may award that prize to an alternate winner chosen by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.
8. Taxes
Winners are responsible for any taxes on their prize. Sponsor may ask a winner for a completed IRS Form W-9 and will issue an IRS Form 1099 when federal law requires it.
9. General conditions
By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules and to Sponsor's decisions, which are final on all matters related to the giveaway. Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with entries, misrepresents their eligibility or their connection to a business, or breaks these rules. If the Training cannot run as planned because of technical failure or anything else outside Sponsor's control, Sponsor may cancel, change, or reschedule the giveaway and award prizes from eligible entries received before the problem began.
10. Release and limitation of liability
By entering, participants release Sponsor and its owners, employees, and contractors, and Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook and Instagram), from any liability related to the giveaway or the use of a prize, to the extent the law allows. Sponsor is not responsible for internet, Zoom, or computer failures, or for entries that are lost or not recorded.
11. Not affiliated with Zoom or Meta
This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Zoom Video Communications, Inc. or Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook and Instagram).
12. Privacy
Information collected through Training registration is used to run the Training and this giveaway and is handled under Sponsor's privacy policy at https://mmshifts.com/privacy.
13. Governing law
These rules are governed by the laws of the State of California.
14. Winners list
For the first names and businesses of the winners, email Sponsor at yami@mmshifts.com within 30 days after the Training.
